Sometimes in life we stumble upon something great. That something can be a person, a destination or an event. This something is so good that you just want more and more of it. You think of all the people you can tell about it or all the people you an share it with. You load up in your car with all your favorite people to get to this place. You wait for hours to pick this person up at the airport. You have a countdown for the days until the next time this event comes to town. Well, in my case, this something I am talking about is…  food 😉 Sorry guys, you know I can’t be too serious here!

A little over a year ago I posted my first post on my @simplholistic instagram account and I never had a clue what I would be getting myself into. Meeting awesome people, learning all the deets about social media & seeing endless recipes day after day. I have learned that I have a passion for feeding people with knowledge and good food. I learned that my love language is actually food {for real though!}. This recipe is inspired by an insta QUEEN that I have been following since day one of my health journey. These goodies will feed your belly and your soul because they are just that dang good. They are filled with fats, protein & hormone balancing herbs. You have to make this one! Pin it & save it for later or make it now.
