Good afternoon & happy Wednesday <3 <3

I hope you have a having a healthy day and that you are showing love as you work, mom, student, etc. Basically, just show love wherever you are & you will get it back! Speaking of love, todays recipe is brought to you by just that. I spent (not) forever thinking of this recipe and topped it off with a little love and that is just the ingredient it needed. As always this smoothie is organic, GMO-free, dairy free and nutritious. It is not free of flavor, nutrients, creativity or energy boosting nutrients.

I partnered up with a super cool brand to bring y’all this post. They are *drumroll* Moxie Nosh. A local nut butter company that I met at a health expo I had a booth at. Their nut butters are free of fillers, processed oils, artificial flavors and other junk. They are filled with healthy fats, protein, spices and THICKNESS. You guys have to try them & I am not just saying that. These nut butters are no joke. Plus, they aren’t peanut butter soooo, duh, you have to try them! They have almond, cashew and cacao almond butter.

This banana(less) smoothie is perfect for those of you who want a lower glycemic smoothie. You can’t even tell that it’s missing the banana though. The key is to have lots of frozen goodies and you don’t need extra banana. Don’t worry though, I am not anti-banana, I am a banana LOVER! The protein, adaptogens and greens in this smoothie are the perfect powerhouse for a healthy happy you. Be sure to tag me when you make it 🙂 I love to see your creations.
