Sprouted seed cycle balls & why they work

So, seed cycle balls are a seemingly new concept. Spoiler, they actually aren’t though. These seeds and oils have been used for thousands of years to help women support their cycles. + they’re filled with probiotics!

Phase 1 seed cycle balls will have Pumpkin and Flax seeds.

Phase 2 sprouted seed cycle balls will have Sesame and Sunflower seeds. Sesame butter is known as tahini and sunflower butter is sunbutter.

This is a great post on seed cycling from a fellow blogger!

Brands I love

For the seeds, I always use GoRaw organic and sprouted seeds. I grind them up when I am ready to make my balls for the week. Grinding them in real-time (no more than a week) means you will have the freshest seeds and reap the nutrient density of the seeds. If you grind them too far in advance, you could lose some nutrients.

You can also shop my favorite on amazon here.

Have fun with your recipes, play around and make them how you want them! Would you like to see more seed cycle recipes on here?

Here are the probiotics I used!

After two months of working with Ashlee, we got pregnant. She's kind, diligent and truly invested in my family and health. We tried for over a year to get pregnant with no luck after our first baby. I definitely recommend!

My back pain literally left, my puffy arms toned up and now I'm able to chase my baby boy around. HOLY CRAP, I was hesitant to implement the changes Ashlee always talked about on her Instagram stories (which led me to work 1:1 with her). Thank you Ashlee, from the bottom of my heart.
