Sprouted seed cycle balls & why they work
So, seed cycle balls are a seemingly new concept. Spoiler, they actually aren’t though. These seeds and oils have been used for thousands of years to help women support their cycles. + they’re filled with probiotics!
Phase 1 seed cycle balls will have Pumpkin and Flax seeds.

For the seeds, I always use GoRaw organic and sprouted seeds. I grind them up when I am ready to make my balls for the week. Grinding them in real-time (no more than a week) means you will have the freshest seeds and reap the nutrient density of the seeds. If you grind them too far in advance, you could lose some nutrients.

Here are the probiotics I used!
These seed cycle balls are for phase 2 of your cycle (days 14-28). They help to boost progesterone!
- 1 cup sprouted sunflower seeds GoRaw
- 1 Tbsp blackstrap molasses
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- mushroom powder (chaga) Root & Bones
- 1 capsule Probiotics Just Thrive Brand
Blend the sunflower seeds until they become finely ground
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix
Roll into balls and place in the fridge
