Grain Free Sugar Free Brownies
Ingredients
  • 1 cup overripe bananas + 1 ripe
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup hemp powder/protein
  • 4 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup hemp milk + 2 Tbsp
  • 4 Tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix with a hand mixer (or your hand, that's what I did.. gotta get those guns).

  2. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes

Sub tahini for coconut butter if you follow the AIP

Sub cacao powder for carob if you follow the AIP
