Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F & get a non-toxic baking sheet out (**optional: line with non-toxic parchment paper)
Cube sweet potato and place them on the baking sheet with carrots, onions and garlic (put in the oven and start baking while you prepare the salmon) 5-10 minutes
Mix all "breading" ingredients & dip the salmon in the mixture
Add them to the sheet with dandelion greens and bake all for 12-14 minutes
Serve with the sunbutter dipping sauce (omit if your AIP)
