Butternut Squash Pancakes
Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp cassava flour
  • 2 eggs pasture raised
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butternut squash puree canned or homemade
  • 1/2 cup Evolved Chocolate Chips
  • 3 tbsp hemp milk homemade
Instructions
  1. add all ingredients into a bowl and mix away (i use a fork because I live in a van, so fancy)

  2. add more or less hemp/nut/real milk based on how runny you want the batter

  3. spoon onto heated & oiled cast iron pan, wait for bubbles to pop & flip

  4. serve with maple syrup, organic berries, almond butter or whatever you want
