Grain Free Banana Cream Pie

  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 bag Sejoyia Coco-Thins
  1. Refrigerate the coconut milk for at least 24 hours (allowing the cream/liquid to separate)

  2. Scoop out the cream & add to the blender/food processor

  3. Add banana to the cream & process until smooth

  4. Lay 1 thin on the bottom of the mason jar, layer with coconut filling, thin, filling, etc.

  5. Top with sliced bananas & cinnamon
