Sunflower & Tahini Seed Cycle Balls

These seed cycle balls are for phase 2 of your cycle (days 14-28). They help to boost progesterone!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup sprouted sunflower seeds GoRaw
  • 1 Tbsp blackstrap molasses
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • mushroom powder (chaga) Root & Bones
  • 1 capsule Probiotics Just Thrive Brand
Instructions
  1. Blend the sunflower seeds until they become finely ground

  2. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix 

  3. Roll into balls and place in the fridge
