When the holidays roll around you see one of two things in people’s eyes: pumpkin spice or chocolate. I don’t blame them because they’re both delicious and can both be super good for you. I have created a delicious holiday recipe for you that’s (as always) free from all the JUNK! This means you won’t find any:
- artificial dyes
- artificial flavors
- artificial sweeteners
- hydrogenated oils
- high fructose corn syrup
- other endocrine disrupting junkers
You will find nutrient dense whole foods though & they are freaking delicious. I mean, who doesn’t love a recipe that energizes instead of causing an energy slump?!
Navita’s Organic provided me with some off y favorites to make the recipe. The Gogi berries, coconut butter and cacao powder mike this recipe a nutrient powerhouse. Slap the name chocolate bark on it and you’ve got yourself a winning combo. What’s even better is that it takes less than 5 minutes to make. The kids love it, the dads love it and the college friends love it. Give it a try!
