Most Holistic Nutritionists are shoving supplements, fad diets and other junk that doesn’t’ work. In my experience with AIP, Paleo, Keto & the list goes on.. they don’t work. Why? Because they don’t support our human physiology and instead eliminate foods rather than getting to the root of why we can’t handle foods like dairy, meat, tomatoes, etc.

Q: What makes your 1:1 coaching different than others?
A: I utilize the tools that have worked for me first, then my clients. Whenever you’re ready to hear this information, you will know. It won’t be for everyone and that’s okay. This is why I have you apply and thoroughly go through my website/Instagram before accepting you as a 1:1 client.
Q: Is your Bare Naked Hormones course included in long-term packages?
A: Yes, my course is included in my 3 & 6 mont packages. NOT the Basics Package.
Q: Do you recommend mainstream supplements like zinc, vitamin D, prenatals, iron and vitamin C (ascorbic acid)?
A: No. These are not all they are talked up to be and are pushed out by the mainstream media for a reason. I take a food-first approach and believe liver is nature’s multivitamin.
Q: When do I have to use up my sessions by?
A: Your 1:1 time with me expires 3 or 6 months from our 1st appointment. For example, if you book your first appointment on August 1 for the SimpL Package, you have 3 months from that date to work with me. If you cancel sessions or do not attend sessions, you simply lose that time.
