I’m a women's hormones expert, a nerd when it comes to fertility and thyroid research and my obsession with watching other women experience healing drives me to do all I can to make your path to wellness simple.
I took a standard American diet/lifestyle plagued teenage girl (me!) and made her aware of her God-given fertility, health and intuition. My favorite days are the ones I spend teaching others to do the exact same thing (without all the hiccups I experienced).

This is highly dependent on what you already have. The non-negotiables for every single person are a high quality water filter (~$200), some form of magnesium (~$50), inclusion of organs in your diet (varies depending on if you're eating raw or taking supplement form which is more expensive). Everything I do in the course is to turn you away from adding more and instead creating more with what you already have. For example, you have a whole chicken and I want you to use the carcass to make broth vs. buying a $10 quart of bone broth.
These changes don’t happen overnight. You cannot possibly join the course and expect to be well with the snap of a finger. These changes and progress take time but if you are willing to put in the time and make your healing a priority, how could you not.
