If you’re on the hunt for delicious gluten-free brownies, you’ve landed in the right place. These are grain, gluten and JUNK free + superfoods!
There’s one food that I am always down to eat and it’s brownies. They are a childhood favorite that anyone loves. You can change them up to make anyone happy without sacrificing the flavor. Gooey, crisp, chewy and warm are the words you want to describe a brownie, especially when they’re gluten-free brownies. Let’s get it.
Here’s what you’ll need
Savor Tooth Paleo Mix
pastured eggs
grass-fed ghee or coconut oil
vanilla
raw milk
maqui powder (optional)
sprouted walnuts (optional)
Gluten-free brownies gone paleo
Like I said above, brownies are super easy to make your own. I love that you can add nuts, seeds, fruit, nut milk or MORE chocolate into them. It’s a win-win situation and we’re all winning here.
The walnuts add a perfect crunch + when they’re sprouted, they’re easier to digest = happy gut.
Maqui powder – while optional – is highly recommended cause it adds a subtle sweetness. This superfood powder is great at protecting your body from the negative effects of free radicals like cigarette smoke, environmental chemicals and other pollutants.
Paleo is a buzzword but that’s not why I threw it in there. Paleo means no refined sugar, grains or milk. So, you may be wondering what the mix is made from… PUMPKIN SEEDS. Yes, pumpkin seeds are a freaking champion food.
Enough talking, let’s cook
1 bag Savor Tooth brownie mix
2 pastured eggs
1/4 c. coconut oil/ghee
1/4 c. raw milk
1 tsp. maqui powder
1 c. sprouted walnuts
bake on 350 for 35 minutes & slowly devour
prepare your taste buds for something special
If you’re not going to eat it, PIN IT!
