Detoxing rainbow salad
½ cup pomegranate
½ cup shredded zucchini
½ cup shredded carrots
½ cup shredded cucumber
½ cup shredded white and purple cabbage
3 tbs shredded celery
1 tbs zest of lemon
½ cup fresh lemon juice
Method:
Mix all shredded vegetables in a big bowl. Add the zest of the lemon and the fresh lemon juice and mix well.
