Wellness doesn’t have to be expensive. While there are some who believe that it’s a privilege to be well and make healthy choices, nothing could be further from the truth. Wellness doesn’t have to be expensive and it’s not just for the wealthy. Nature is healing and it’s completely free for anyone.
Let Me Explain
There’s a lot of information being thrown around on social media platforms and a lot of noise out there. People are chasing symptoms and it becomes overwhelming super fast. My goal is not to create more noise. My goal is to make things simple and to show you how going back to basics is where you’ll find the keys to true healing. Simplify Wellness
It costs nothing to stand with your bare feet on the ground, which balances out cortisol and lowers inflammation. It’s free to go outside in the morning without your glasses or contacts and get some sunlight in your naked eyes for 5 minutes, which improves mitochondrial function and balances cortisol and serotonin production. Walk after dinner, and watch the sunset. Play outside, and take off your shoes while you’re out there.
Making Choices for Your Health
Even someone living in a complete food desert without the financial means to buy 100% organic can make better choices for their health. Are you getting enough minerals? Eating whole foods? Turning off your cell phone at night and prioritizing great sleep? EVERYONE can make these choices.

Wellness is for Everyone
Wellness doesn’t have to be expensive but wellness is about taking action. It means taking all that info you’ve been percolating and actually doing something about it. Simplify your healing. Live life. Nourish. Play. Spend time in nature. It should come with ease and it doesn’t have to be hard or expensive.
